How to set up askR.ai on Facebook Workplace :
I am not a customer (very sadly)
I am already a customer
If you are not the administrator of askR.ai in your company, you cannot set up askR.ai for Facebook Workplace.

If you are the administrator :
While logged into askR.ai Administration console, navigate to the API-Key.
Open the API Key on the left-side menu.
Open the “Communication channel” and click on “add to Workplace” button.
You will be redirected to Workplace.
Accept and validate the install by clicking on the blue button “add to Workplace”.
Open the Workplace Chat space. You will find askR.ai as a new contact. And… voilà !
You and your team are now able to chat with askR.ai about your data :)
